Last Updated: October 2025Welcome to RMXUP. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by RMXUP. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.2. Pricing & Payment
• Prices are provided on a per-order basis after consultation
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• A deposit is required before production begins
• We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo & Stripe payments.Final payment is due before shipment or pickup
All prices are in USD3. Design & Intellectual Property
Your Designs:
• You retain all rights to original designs you provide
• You warrant that you own or have permission to use all submitted content
• You are responsible for ensuring your design doesn't infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rightsOur Designs:
• Custom designs created by RMXUP remain our intellectual property
• You receive a license to use the design on the ordered garments only
• We may showcase your order in our portfolio unless you request otherwiseProhibited Content:
• We reserve the right to refuse designs containing hate speech, explicit content, or copyrighted material without proper authorization4. Production & Delivery
Timeline:
• Production begins after deposit is received and design is approved
• Orders ship within 3 business days of production start
• Delivery takes 2-4 business days after shipment (5-7 days total)
• Local pickup available in Las Vegas, NV
• Timelines are estimates and not guaranteesDelays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control5. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Changes to approved orders may not be possible once production begins
• Cancellations before production starts: full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Cancellations after production begins: no refund
• Rush orders cannot be cancelled or changed6. Returns & Refunds
We Accept Returns For:
• Manufacturing defects
• Printing errors that are our fault
• Orders that don't match the approved mockupWe Do NOT Accept Returns For:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing chosen by customer
• Design dissatisfaction after approval
• Minor color variations between mockup and final productReturn Process:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
• Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Approved returns will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours7. Quality & Care
• We use high-quality materials and printing methods
• Longevity depends on proper care (wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low)
• Natural variations in fabric and printing are normal and not considered defects
• Colors may vary slightly from digital mockups due to screen differences and printing processes8. Limitation of Liability
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by shipping carriers (though we will assist with claims)9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate contact and shipping information
• Respond to mockups and communications in a timely manner
• Approve designs before production begins
• Inspect orders upon delivery and report issues within 7 days10. Disputes
• Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first
• If needed, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada
Nevada law governs these terms11. Changes to Terms

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at rmxup.com! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.Exchanges
